Musclefix is a company I founded a few years ago and was my early testing platform for many of the strategies I use today.

Musclefix involved full business development – from branding to trademarking, networking, advertising, leasing property, fit out, hiring, firing and more. I helped develop every piece of marketing and grew the business to two locations and $250,000+ in yearly revenue in just over 2 years.

Lead Generation

Using Facebook ads, Google Adwords and Google Display Ads, combined with retargeting, I’ve built up Musclefix’s lead figure to an average of 135 per month. The lead magnet, set up as a landing page on the company website, is a special offer of your first massage for $48 (normally $95) when you book online. 

Of the 135 leads, around 67 purchase and become new clients, helping push our new client acquisition to over 110 each month (that’s 1300+ new clients added each year to the business).

On the back of these systems and strong figures, Musclefix is looking into franchising nationally.
